2. CLOSED SESSION – INTERVIEWS OF CANDIDATES AND POTENTIAL SELECTION OF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Conservancy will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code 11126(a)(1) to interview candidates for the Executive Officer position and to discuss and take possible action on the appointment of an Executive Officer. Any announcements regarding Conservancy actions will be made in public at the next Conservancy meeting and on the Conservancy’s website.
Please note: The closed session of the meeting will be conducted on a separate weblink. After the closed session, the Conservancy will reconvene on the weblink provided above to make any required reports.
