REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS [February 2015] The California State Coastal Conservancy (“Conservancy”) anticipates a need for environmental, engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, and construction project management consulting services for Conservancy projects and programs over the next twelve months.
